APA's literary department boasts an impressive roster of established screenwriters, directors, show creators, and novelists. We pride ourselves on working as a team that is as passionate about our clients' material as they are about it themselves. This shared camaraderie and dedication drive us to sell screenplays, novels, scripted and reality television shows and to obtain employment for writers and directors in both the feature and television worlds. As a cohesive unit we easily cross motion picture clients into television, television clients into features, and novelists into both worlds.

Our clients have been involved in many successful motion pictures spanning across every genre such as The Grudge, Miracle, The Contender, Rush Hour, Bringin' Down the House Minority Report, Tomorrow Never Dies, Anacondas, The Mothman Prophecies, The Salton Sea, Murder by Numbers and Mr. 3000. Similarly, our novelists have sold the screen rights to films from Master and Commander to Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. Every writer's niche is explored and exposed.

In television, APA has been at the forefront of packaging a number of the most successful and critically-acclaimed shows on the air, as well as representing many of the principal artists involved in creating, producing, directing, and starring in these shows. From 24, to Commander in Chief, APA's clients are leaving an indelible mark on the industry.

APA also represents a deep roster of talent in the area of alternative and reality television with clients working on such prominent shows as The Daily Show, Survivor, Da Ali G Show, The Bachelor, Conan O'Brien, and Jimmy Kimmel Live. In addition, we package alternative shows from What Should You Do to Meet the Hamiltons.

At APA we are committed to discovering and nurturing the most talented and cutting edge creative voices working in entertainment today.
