Jessi Klein is a New York comedian who appeared occasionally on The Showbiz Show with David Spade. She was previously a panelist on VH1’s Best Week Ever, and appeared on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend. She also provided commentary for CNN in the debates of the 2004 presidential election. A self-proclaimed “geek”, Klein appeared on such television specials as My Coolest Years: Geeks on VH1 and Rise of the Geeks on E!.
Klein has served as the director of development for Comedy Central and helped shepherd the network’s hit series Chappelle’s Show. She appeared as herself in the episode where Chappelle left the show and was replaced by Wayne Brady.
Klein provided the voice of Lucy in the pilot for Adult Swim’s Lucy, The Daughter of the Devil.
Klein has also worked on Staff for the ABC series, Samantha Who? Starring Christina Applegate in Los Angeles.
She is currently developing the feature Walk of Shame at Universal with Mosaic producing.
